EDIT - July 7, 2013: It seems some of the voice files became corrupted when I uploaded them. I've reuploaded and double-checked the .ipf - you should be able to extract all the files now and it should work properly. If you ran into any problems, please download this again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't know if anyone else has uploaded the newer versions, but I figure it wouldn't hurt to post these.. so I'm just gonna leave 'em here! Both have up to Rose Spirit's.
jGE: I-I still don't know what jGE's version is... But don't worry, all the latest characters are covered!!
kGE: Sound file is from the live server. Current version is 19.03.99.

Best if you include the version for the files. If you are unsure, use IPF Extractor to extract versioninfo.xml from ui.ipf, then just open it with Notepad. You should find a line that says something like...
text name="version_num" caption="Ver. B1.5.10"
Hi Ash, thank you!! I haven't been able to find the version for jGE. My versioninfo.xml says
< text name="version_text" caption="Productive Online RPG"
< text name="version_num" caption="<$>78114< />"
I think <$>78114< /> is just Granado Espada in Japn. chars, that's what is displayed in my client..
I'm very late, but you should just look for entry 78114 in the dictionary files to find the version number.

Extract dictionary_local.xml from dictionary.ipf. Then look up 78114 in Notepad. You should find a line that says something like:
< Text ClassID="78114" Text="Version X.X.X" / >
When you update the client/files, check versioninfo.xml again as the text reference id may have changed from 78114 to a different number instead.

Hm. Did you update the files? Every time you update the game files, you need to extract again the latest versions of versioninfo.xml, jpn\versioninfo.xml, and dictionary_local.xml.
